Timesheet Module - Need Inputs

Thanks to all the customers for keeping this forums content-rich & informative. We appreciate your contribution towards that.
The purpose of this post today is to draw your inputs for the new "Timesheet" module that we are building. I understand that time sheets are core to most businesses and the ability to manage them better would make things a little easier.
Features that would be available are :
* Billable & Non-billable time entries
* Approval Process for time entries (optional)
* Ability to mark the time entries as "Closed" once billed.
* Report changes based on the same.
Outline of how the module would work :
* From the request view page, Support Reps would be able to add time-entries with an option to mark the entry as billable or non-billable
* All such entries (billable & non-billable) entries would be listed in the timesheet tab (tab on the same level as Requests, Accounts, Contacts etc)
* A support rep with the approval permission would be able to analyze & approve the time-entry
* Reports on approved & billable hours can be drawn and sent to customers.
* Once billed these entries can be closed.
I am also attaching a screen shot that outlines the flow. Please review & provide your feedback. Your inputs would help us refine the module.
