Need true timesheet feature for technicians to track and manage their time for their full workday.

Leverage the Worklog entries that pre-populate the timesheet for the day worked.

Allow technicians the ability to make direct entries on the timesheet that applicable to requests, tasks, or project tasks. For example, to track time for non-billable hours (i.e. Company Meeting, Sick Time, Vacation, Jury Duty, etc.).

By giving Technicians a Timesheet view they can easily track and account for their full work day.

There should be an option to submit the timesheet for approval, on a weekly basis, for example. It would route for approval. If rejected, it would go back to the technician with comments on why it was rejected. They will correct and resubmit. If approved, the worklog entries can then be used to "bill-back" to the business and/or department associated with the request, task, project.

True timesheet functionality is a common feature in many ITSM applications. SD plus has all components to make this a feature, they just need to be put together visually.

The ideal layout is a grid-like display, with days of the week at the top (ex. Sun-Sat), and rows corresponding to the time entries.
