Time Spent Reports do not reflect second technician's

When running reports of time spent, tickets that had time spent entries by more than one technician do not reflect that a second technician spent time on the ticket.

We often collaborate or pass off the ticket to a different technician, so the Time Spent reports should show all technicans time spent, not just the Technician showing as currently assigned.
