Time Spent Incorrect
I have set the operational hours between 7:30 and 16:30. When a request is opened one day and closed next day, before due time, the "time spent" field doesn't show the real time spent, it shows all the time that has gone from created date to completed date.
I would like to see the real time spent. How can I solve this?
