Time Spent does not update
When adding time spent entries at the bottom of the screen the overall time spent entry is not updated, the program tracks only time the ticket was opened, when multiple technicians work the ticket at the same time, and add time spent entries, this is not reflected on the ticket details time spent entry.
Part of this issue is that time spent reflected in the Ticket Details panel and Time Spent entries at the bottom of the screen are two different fields. Renaming the Time Spent entry in the Ticket Details panel to something else such as Time Ticket is active might clarify this issue
