Time Spent does not match

I have just started using the demo of Support Center Plus so am very much a newbie. At the moment I am just looking into the product to see if it suits our needs.
I have noticed that if I add a time entry to a request it shows it in the time spent list at the bottom of the page, but the Time Spent field in the request details area is still saying 0.0 hours. The attached screenshot shows what I mean.
Can anyone explain this?
