Time Entry Defaults Technician to Assigned Tech

I am currently running into an issue where I enter a Time Entry on another Tech's ticket and it defaults to his name on that entry. Is there a way to get that to default to the tech that is logged in?

It's annoying since I always forget to change that and then My boss doesn't understand why I dont have time on any tickets.
