Time entry automatic via Excel
Hello,
In my company we use SupportCenter to manage our client requests.
Since we work with many tickets a day we wanted to register our time spent with an Excel worksheet that via VBA automatically in the SupportCenter. Is this possible? Is there any stored procedure to do this? What tables in the database should I update?
