the elapsed time is incorrectly counted in the report. request was created on 26/01/2023 06:22 AM resolved on 26/01/2023 08:31 AM but elapsed time is 00.09.00

The same elapsed time is considered if the request was created on Saturday and resolved on Monday before the start of the working day.

working day from 9 am to 6 pm
