Tickets Reassigned by Technician
Looking for a query (Postgres) that lists tickets which were re-assigned in the past month filtered by a particular technician. We're trying to determine if a particular technician is re-assigning tickets to other technicians.
Layout could be something like this:
Original Technician Name
Request # Subject Notes Date Created Requester Current Technician Request Status
I already found another solution for this (https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/en/community/topic/tickets-reassigned-by-technicians-in-the-last-month,) but that was based on MSSQL and doesn't work for us.
