Tickets "On hold" change to "Open" when they receive an email answer

Tickets "On hold" change to "Open" when they receive an email answer

Hi all,

I'm using SDP 8.2.0 (8208), and when any ticket has the status "Onhold" and the client answers the ticket sending an email, the ticket automatically change its status to "Open".
I'd like to know if it's possible to change this functionality, I'd change this and when this happens, change to another status that I have, not "Open".
