Tickets "On Hold" Reminder

Add a feature to SupportCenter Plus that can automatically send a reminder to a contact if his ticket status is �on hold� for more than a set period of time (Let�s say 3 days).
For example, a ticket is put feature �on hold� because we are waiting for the customer feedback (or for the customer to do, test or check something). If we haven�t received the feedback after a set amount of days the system automatically sends an email to remind the customer that we are waiting for his feedback.
And possibly if he doesn�t reply to the reminder within X amount for time (Let�s say 24 hours) the system closes the ticket.
