We currently have our notifications set to update the support group when a request is added to their group, and have disabled the notification to the group when a ticket is updated because the update notifications became far too overwhelming being as we can't specify what type of update to send the notification for.
Our request is to enable technicians to be able to subscribe to a certain support group or specific ticket so they will receive the update notifications.
For example most tickets that are submitted our technicians do not need to see a notification every time any minor changes are made to the ticket. However they may occasional have a specific ticket they would like to "Subscribe" to so they receive notifications when the ticket is updated.
Nothing major, but it would add a functionality we would really like, and cut back on bombarding technicians with notifications and let them decide if they want to receive notifications on specific tickets. Our tech's are starting to ignore most of the ticket updates because of the quantity of emails they are receiving.
