Hi

We have one technician that receives allot of shared tickets.

He is asking for a way to show him all / only the tickets that have been shared with him.

I know I can create a grid (filter) that shows shared tickets that he is the tech for:

but there are requests that appear on this grid where he is the technician/owner but the request was not shared to him. It is a shared ticket and he is the owner but its shared to others (not him).

How can I show only the requests that are shared to him specifically?
