Ticket Sequence No. not normal
Hi
we are still running SDP 6
seems our ticket no. sequence is not correct.
i suspect something not correct. As no. of cases in a month is around 500-600
but the Ticket sequence no. jumped few thousands.
any option to trace what happen to these nos ?
all our ticket nos have subject line with ###23442## format, so each case will merge to its own.
appreciate any reply on this.
