Ticket management - calendar intigration

Hi,
 
The ability to forward a ticket to a calendar as an appointment.  This would provide better management of remote techs that are accessible only by smart phone.  I can forward from within the ticket and keep all notes etc in one spot.  I could also send to the tech and the manager so that there was redundancy ...
