We cueenrlty have ServiceDesk Plus for our ticketing system and opmnager is intergrated into it. Tickets are opened from opmanager in Service deskplus via email alerts.

The new ticket feature does not seam to have the asset tracking or contract tracking parts that service desk does on the web demo. Are those features available?

It would seem to me that would be an important feature for all MSP's We track our Manufacturer warranties and Open Linceses issued to customer equipment so that the renewals can be purchased before they expire. It is an important part of out revenue model and extremely important to the clients to have there equipment replaced by the extended manufacture warranty should it fail instead of buying new ones and having extended downtimes.
