Ticket creation from e-mail no longer supported??
Saw this in the most recent release notes:
SD-62238
: Creation of service request using E-mail commands will no longer be supported.
This is a
huge problem for us -- we use this feature extensively to integrate with other systems. If you're getting rid of this, it's time for us to investigate a different ticketing system. I honestly can't figure out why you're
removing from the product part of the functionality that helped sell it!
