Ticket closed within the hour report

I've been trying to creat a report under both tabular & matrix format.
But everytime I think I've found the correct way of outputting the data, some other element seems to pop up and renders it useless.

What I'm trying to obtain is a report for monthy calls closed within the hour, but to also show those that have not been closed in percentage format.

headings to include request status (open, closed, held etc), rows to provide days.

any chance directions could be given.
