ticket association
Hello,
i want to know what is required( in the subject of the ticket) when a customer send a new e-mail and i want this e-mail to be associated to the ticket's customer?
He needs to put just ##N�## in the subject or and nothing else. if he writes something before the ##, nothing works, is it normal?
