Ticket Age Widget/Graphic
I need some advise on a dashboard I am trying to build using the data from ServiceDesk Plus On Demand.
We want graphic that shows each month where we are on resolving tickets more or less promptly compared to the previous month. This will show that the changes we have made in the team are helping to reduce the ticket age.
I've added a Widget using the setting below:
My issue with this is that may it shows latest month and previous month, The latest month is always going to show a low number and not be a true reflection on how well we are performing
