I want to set the threshold in such a way that say for example the value of an attribute (messagecount) is 100 and after 2-3 polling intervals, if the value is still the same, then send alert coz no new messages have come, something is wrong.

Can we monitor this above mentioned scenario in App Mgr V 10?
