So I logged into the system and Unchecked Threshold Rule violation in the notification setup. However I continued to get spammed the whole weekend. In the end I had to set it to only email on Critical alerts to reduce the number of emails, it didn't stop them totally and left us exposed if there were other alerts at trouble or attention.
