Three questions on SupportCenter

After trying the demo of SupportCenter, we are planning to buy it but we still have three questions. Here they are :
1. What are your biggest references as customers (biggest number of users and biggest company)?
2. Do you plan to localize SupportCenter in French? If that is the case, when will it be available?
3. Is it possible to export MySQLDB to another DB? If that is the case, which DB exports are available?
