I have am external vendor that needs to be able to submit us a ticket.  They have an acct and Role setup just for that.
My issue is that they can in the 'Request' page they can select 'All requests" and see every vendors queue as well as all of our companies. - Not good!

When I update their role to "Allow technicians to view" - "All in group and Assigned to technician" they receive an error when trying to submit an incident to us "This request does not fall under your permitted scope."
Which tells me after submitting the incident their permissions have an issue now that the group is a group other than theirs.  So they have to click through the error and then they cannot see their submitted ticket.

I have a prior ticket on this with support but the answer was not clear or even specific.  Please assist
