There is a difference in the Agent version

After upgrading the Desktop Central Server, the client Agents are not being updated.

License Type: Enterprise Edition-Registered Version
Product Name: ManageEngine Desktop Central
Product Version: 7.0.0.
Build No: 70224
Agent Version: 7.2.24
Distribution Server Version: 7.2.16
Number of Systems: 5000

The updated Agent Version is 7.2.24 however most of our client systems are showing the older versions  7.2.2, 7.2.16, 7.1.28 like so... because of this we can not apply the configurations and other tasks on the clients on the older versions of the agents, I tried downloading the relevant Agent from the Remote Offices page and tried installing the client on which there is older version of agent but still the issue is the same.

I am not willing to uninstall the older version again and re-install the new version as I have hundreds of clients, why the Desktop Central is upgrading the version automatically????

Note: I can not share you the remote sessions for the clients not I can share the logs with you as these systems have sophisticated info.


Please fix my issue ASAP.
