There are No Printers Available in the Selected Server

Hi there!

We encountered a problem while auditing print jobs. Unable to add a print server to the program: "There Are No Printers Available in The Selected Server". On the server close to the twenty printers. Audit policy is included at the domain level. What could be the cause of the problem?
