I am currently evaluating version upgrade from version 7.7 to 7.9 in SupportCenter Plus.

So I did the following actions.

1. Use Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer 11 as a browser.
2. Create a new request.
3. Select a category.
4. Try to select a subcategory.
5. Make sure the subcategory does come out of the list.

By the way, if you use Google Chrome or Fire Fox as a browser, you can see that a list of subcategories is displayed.

Could you show me the cause and solution of this event?
