I am a custom of OP 8006 in China,maybe we are the first custom of OP 8006 in China ,and during the operation,I come accross some problems which  the engineers in Beijing can't solve too,so I have to seek help on this forums, the problems are listed as follows:

 1. I have created more than ten business views, but when I want to add shortcut to some view, only  four views among the whole views can be selected, and other views don't list in the option of the shortcut. I have tried many times, and the results are the same. so can you tell me why and how to solve the problem.

 2. I have builded a new business view named "test" just for test,but when I open the test view ,I found that I can't delete it ,and the name  also becomes "???????" instead of "test" as the following sreenshot. the engineer in Beijing have deleted the information about the test view in the database,but that is fruitless, the test view is still showed on the  surface of opmanage software .
