The problem with merging and tickets changing

The problem with merging and tickets changing

We merge a lot of tickets as a result of automated emails from our comms providers.

Issue is, if our person is working of a ticket and someone else merges it at the same time, servicedesk doesn't handle it well and puts up a java message from the webserver.

This happens in other similar situations when two people are accidentally are working on the same tickets.

Is anyone else having this issue?
