The Monitor did not respond to the test request
Hi,
I tring to configure the Disk Utilization in Performance Monitors using CLI protocol, but i recieve this error message when i execute a test "The Monitor did not respond to the test request".
I see the secure log in my Linux System and i found this error message:
"Did not receive identification string from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX (XXX = OpManager IP)"
I think is a configuration error in a Command Prompt, Login Prompt or Password Prompt because in the fields User Name and Password I put my logging to access the server via SSH.
What do i set in this fields? In the manual no have examples
Somebody help me please? I using OpManager in other applications and it is working fine, I just need to solve this problem.
