the meter sometimes disappeared

hi, i am using opmanager 5604. I'm using snmp for getting information of CPU, disk utilization, and memmory utilization. Sometimes, the graph of meter (meter picture) is disappeared, and sometimes it is show normally.
When I try to browse the MIB of the server, there's no problem at all.
Please help me, because the history graph of my server is being not accurate.
