Here's a glimpse at the new functionalities available in the latest UI:

Dashboards powered by Zoho Charts: Instantly showcase your service desk data in multiple chart types, such as a bar graph, pie chart, funnel graph, and doughnut chart. Share specific charts or the entire dashboard with the team to keep everyone on the same page.

Kanban-based ticket management: Manage all your incidents and service requests with a visual summary of all tickets in the new Kanban view. Group tickets based on status, technician, and priority on a drag-and-drop canvas for easy ticket management.

Upgraded view for notifications and approvals: View and track notifications and approvals with panels that group notifications by date and time. Find any notification or approval from any time with the built-in search bars within the notification and approval panels.

There are many more enhancements spread across all modules of ServiceDesk Plus. Get a quick overview of the notable changes in the new UI on our website.
