The hang problem with web-interface

Dear Collegues!

We use Manage Engine Service Desk plus, version 8, build 8013. Recently, we have noticed the following problem.

When I push the button "Refresh request" after edit of request, or I push the button "Add request" if I create a new request... the page in any browser (IE, Mozilla, Google Chrome) hangs: in bottom, the green indicator goes slowly, then very slowly, then stops - and browser don't switch to the request list view page. The browser hangs on page of request add or request edit. For return to the request list view page (which displaying all the Open Requests), I have to refresh the page to force by clicking on refresh button in browser. It is very inconvenient.

If I do follows three steps:
1)install new Manage Engine installation on other computer;
2)do backup data base on old computer and
3)restore this data base backup on new Manage Engine installation...
the problem arises again - on new Manage Engine installation.

Thus, I am thinking that the problem is possible nested in slightly corrupted data base structure or backed-up configuration files.

What is this? How can I solve it?
