The DB of Probe OPM has been destroyed
Hi support team,
Yesterday I have backed up the DB of standalone OPM(8812), and then upgraded it to v9010, backed it up and then upgraded to v9011, and then backed it up.
According to the link"https://opmanageree.wiki.zoho.com/Standalone-to-Probe-Migration.html", I migrated the standalone OPM to Probe OPM. After migration, I started the service and input "localhost" in address, it said that some tables of DB have been destroyed and please run the "RepairDB.bat/sh" to repair the DB, then restart the OPM. After doing that, I still can't enter into the OPM.
Ps: when I started the "StartOpmanagerServer.bat", it pointed out " can't update the server(my central OPM ip), maybe the "smartupdate" option has been disable in the DOS window.
When I used again the "MigrateToEnterprise.bat", it pointed out that I have chaged the probe successfully, but i can't enter into the OPM.
Does it mean that the transformation has faile?
How to do?
