The Application Manager Hangs sometimes
I`m using Application Manager for 1 year to monitor my Tomcat Application server,and i`m using Cisco Agent(IPS)on my webserver and Application Manager server.
Every single day my App Man hangs and I don`t Know the reason(I mean the specific monitor page does not refresh until I restart the ManageEngine Service),please give me the list of WINDOWS programs and resources that App Man uses,then I can set my cs agent,not to terminate that resources.Is wmiprsve.exe one of them?
Please help me with the problem ASAP.
