New version feature change - The addition of emails as conversations is disabled.

So I think this means that the system will then ignore the 'encoding' in the request and only look at the request number in the subject line? Is this correct? Or is there more to it?

When a reply comes in to an existing request it will only look at the request number in the subject and add it to the existing request - correct? So if someone on Support Group A has a reply to an existing request and they forward it to someone on Support Group B it will now add it to Group B as a new request - if they remove the request number from the subject line?
