Tftp Server: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

In webnms4.7 ,Tftp Server can not support chinese file name ,it always print error:
Tftp Server : java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
and Tftp Server is down!
What i should do?
