Hi, I am just testing the ADSelfService trial version (the one that is limited for 50 users) in my dc.

The domain is a Windows Server 2008, and I have no problems about reading the users from the directory, sending emails to them, creating password policies, and all the others administration tasks.

My problem is that if I try to chaneg the password with a domain user, I get the following message:

The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimum password length, password complexity and password history requirements - Error Code : 800708c5

The passwords is even complex and I also tried to disable the password restriction via gpo but the error still remains...

Can you please help me?

I noticed that all the users are store under "Not Enrolled Users" category... is that normal?
