When I view the details of an alarm, one of the actions that I'm presented with is "Test Monitor", but if I click this, I just get a pop up box with the title "Sorry! An error occurred." and the only text in the box says "Error!"

Any ideas how to fix this? I'm running OpManager 8050 with a SQL backend.
