We have a hybrid setup with Office 365. When we disable a user, we need to do 3 things:  
1) apply an attribute change to hide the user from the Office 365 address book. 

2) Run a custom script for Dirsync to make sure the user can no longer login (we already run the same script in the user creation Template and it works). 

3) Move the user to the disabled users OU. 

I would like to do these things automatically, but i cant seem to figure out how to create a template that would do this to a specific user. 

Anyone?
