Templates Problem
I have a Zyxel MIB file, I uploaded it in OpManager. How do I convert it to template? Also, I created a template for Zyxel with correct OID, but OpManager still failed to identify the Zyxel switches correctly. They are being identified as desktop. I have to manually change them to Zyxel. Also after changing them to Zyxel switches, Opmanager is unable to rediscover interface and I have to reconfigure the password to one of our SNMP keys - again - manually. We have over 500 switches, is there anyway to have OpManager detect the switches as Zyxel ES3124 automatically? I also want to know when OpManager is willing to support more devices like Zyxel, Mikrotik, Proxim, etc....
