Templates Feature does not work
On previous versions, I could open any existing Work order and based upon the type of request, i would apply a template. The only thing we can apply a template to now is by creating a new work order from the templates.
Most of our templated tasks had various tasks and delegation to the tasks. Now we have to recreate the work order entirely for any system generated work order (emailed or user created) . Once a template is assigned, it can not be edited by using another template. Is this a normal feature for the upgrade?
