Templates and Alert Profiles - Why doesn't it work this way??
So I have over 150 servers under my "Windows 2003" template.. After I setup the template with what I wanted to monitor I went through the Quick Config Wizard and assigned a notification profile to all the servers..
What I would think would and what I want to happen is whenever I add another server under my "Windows 2003" template it should automatically get that alert profile. However, it doesn't do this, unless I'm doing something wrong..
Anytime I add a new server I have to manually setup my alerts for this box..
Please advise.
