We have 2 installation's of Opmanager (One free Build 8720) on one site (One licensed Build 8720) on another site.

 

The problem is that at least one template on the free version does not exist on our licensed version, why would this be ?

 

The free version uses the builtin MYSQL the licensed version uses MSSQL and both installations are on virtual servers.

 

Can someone help at all ?
