Template with multi-user intervention

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to create some templates from the Service Catalog, with a workflow, but i have a problem.

I don't know how to make this possible (and even, i don't know if it's possible) :
1. Human Resources (or a specific person) create a Request with some informations ( eg : name, function, department ) about a new employee
2. They validate the call (the call is still open)
3. The call is automatically send to the Head of Department
4. The Head of Department can choose some assets ( eg : laptop/desktop, softwares to be installed, etc.. )
5. The Head of Department validate his choices and the call (the call is still open)
6. The call is automatically send to the Helpdesk (or another technician) who can take in charge the call
7. When everything is ok, Helpdesk close the call
8. The call is automatically send to the Head of department, for approval and final closing








Is there a specific way to create this template ? I can create a template with all this specifics, but I don't know how I can give the possibility to the different people to modify/add some informations in the template (with the workflow, it's only possible to make an approval, no changes are possible)

We use Service Desk Plus Multi Langage V8.1.0 Build 8121
