I found a problem into Template manager and use on new Request.
I Have defined a Template with Group, suppreps, subject, description and Resolution in order to insert a completed Request with closed status.
But in the template FORM ( Administration/ Request Template)
1) I Can’t Select or Set Account / Contact . It’s possible to set this in a template for Request ?. For example our customer have the same request template for supp reps user. And the contact in initially not defined. ( Value Not defined)
2) If define a Supp Reps, and save the Template, The page lose the value, and when I enter back into the Template I don’t have the value set and saved.
In Request
1) When I select the Template, the page lose the suppreps. I set again also if I have defined into Template. I think that the problem is connected to preceding paragraph.
2) When I confirm the request, the field resolution from Template is used only if I have open this field. If not open the field resolution the request does not inherit the value from Template.
