Template in requests?

Is it possible to put user template in task details description? For example. when a user requests a new request, just by choosing the categories, the template appears in the description box? Because we are having some repetitive tasks and everytime we need to write full description. Is it possible in AdventNet ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 5.5.0?
