Template Categories

Hello everyone,

I just start to use ServiceDeskPlus and its a really nice tool for IT Services. The problems is that it has a lot of things to configure.

I´m having a bit of problems to add a new templates categories because i added new templates but when i sign in with a requester user i cant see the new templates categories.

Do someone which can be the problem?
