Temperature monitor - convert Celcius to Farenheit?

Temperature monitor - convert Celcius to Farenheit?

I'm monitoring temperatures from several device types of different brands.  I'd like to show temperatures in Farenheit rather than Celcius.  Is there an easy way to convert the values in the monitors to F?  The formula prefix option when adding the monitor in the device template does not seem to work (CelciusToFahrenheit[.1.3.6.1.4.1.232.6.2.6.8.1.4]).
